Our Resolution Process
After we receive your email and photo, our team will review the information and contact you with instructions on returning the damaged product. We’ll then let you know if we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
