Upon receiving your order, please ensure the product is in good condition. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@caffyenergy.com.
Please note that we do not accept any damage replacement requests beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
When reporting damage, please provide a photo of the damaged product and a description of the issue upon arrival.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your email and photo, we’ll promptly notify you via email about the shipment of a replacement or the processing of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
